20 - 30 Minute Shooting Workout Plan with Diagrams

Here's a shooting workout plan that only takes 20 - 30 minutes. There are three pictures (pages 1 - 3). Time yourself (no breaks). Spend about 1 to 1.5 minutes at each shot location, then move on. Always advance quickly to next sequence with dribble. Have a partner rebound for you if you can. Enjoy and work hard!
